Very Good Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. French vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Beat potatoes with mixer until free of lumps.
    Add remainder of ingredients and beat well. Pour into one 9-inch unbaked crust and bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then lower baking temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
