Grilled Greek Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb chops (3/4-inch thick), trimmed of fat
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint
    1 tsp. paprika
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 clove garlic
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Prick the lamb chops with sharp fork, then place in shallow bowl.
    In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mint, paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg and garlic.
    Pour over chops, turning once so entire surface is covered with the marinade.
    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
    Drain chops.
    Grill or broil 5 minutes on each side. Serve over rice.
    Low-fat and tasty.
