Honey Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 c. flour
3/4 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. honey
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Shake chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake chicken in pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Add glaze (honey and lemon) for at least 1/2 hour.
