Strawberry Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 pkg. cherry jello
1 c. frozen strawberries
juice of 1 lemon
2 baked pie shells
1 can chilled milk (Eagle Brand sweet condensed)
Preparation

Mix in saucepan the sugar, cherry jello, frozen strawberries and juice of 1 lemon. Put over low flame and stir until jello dissolves. Cool the ingredients. Whip chilled milk. Mix with jello, strawberries, lemon juice and sugar. Beat up thoroughly and pour into 2 baked pie shells and sit in icebox.
