Tuna Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. (7 oz.) macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Blend in flour.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese (cubed).
    Stir until melted.
    Add macaroni, peas, tuna and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Top with cheese slices (cut in triangles).
    Continue baking until cheese melts.
