Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can red beets
6 eggs
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Hard boil eggs and remove shells.
Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and beet juice until sugar is dissolved.
Add beets and eggs. Prepare a couple of days ahead and store in refrigerator.
