Pineapple Sundae Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 c. light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, stir undrained pineapple, brown sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in milk, corn syrup and salt.
    Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes until starting to boil.
    Stir in butter.
    Microwave on High 3 to 5 minutes until clear and no starchy taste remains.
