Sausage Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pkg. pancake mix
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage
Preparation
    Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and oil; beat until nearly smooth with rotary beater.
    Turn into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Drain apple rings, reserving juice.
    Halve each sausage link crosswise.
    Arrange apple rings and sausages atop batter in a pattern so the mixture can be cut into squares when baked.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cut into 6 squares.
    Serve with apple-maple syrup.
    Serves 6.
