Humus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large garlic cloves
    2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Chop garlic in food processor.
    Add beans, processing 1 minute. Scrape bowl. With processor running, slowly pour in 1/2 cup olive oil. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
    If mixture is too thick, add more olive oil. Spread on toasted pita wedges or crackers.
