Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
2/3 c. oil
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, starting with dry ingredients and folding oil, apples, pecans and salt into dry.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
