Chicken Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. almonds, toasted
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Grease 8 or 9-inch square pan with mayonnaise.
    Combine chicken, celery, salt, pepper, cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds in large mixing bowl.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Combine gelatin with cold water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add hot water, stir to dissolve gelatin.
    Add to chicken mixture.
    Press into pan.
    Refrigerate until set.
