Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In mixer bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds to soften. Add the brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in flour and nuts. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.
