Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lean cooked beef, coarsely ground
    1 1/2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese (1/4 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly mix all ingredients, except cheese, in large frying pan.
    Cook on low heat until underside is lightly browned.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole, which has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
    Top with cheese.
    Heat in oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
