Smothered Frog Legs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pairs frog legs
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
4 onions, sliced
6 to 7 whole tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 sprig thyme
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 bell peppers, chopped
1 c. water
Preparation

Slowly brown frog legs in butter.
Add salt, pepper and onions and cook until brown.
Add tomatoes, bay leaf, thyme, parsley and garlic.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Add bell peppers and water.
Continue to smother until frog legs are tender, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
