Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small frozen, chopped broccoli, slightly cooked and drained
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Top with shredded Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
