Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. honey
2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar (1/2 brown, 1/2 white)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
If you need the sauce immediately, it may be cooked in the microwave.
Otherwise, just put it in the refrigerator for several days.
