Finnish Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine or butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/4 c. flour
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. Ghirardelli chocolate chips or 6 oz. pkg. Ghirardelli mint chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar and beat until real stiff.
Add Ghirardelli chocolate chips or mint chocolate chips.
Stir and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
