Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed potatoes, cooked
    8 oz. cream-style cottage cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and parsley.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.
    Bake 5 more minutes.
