Shrimp Cocktail Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold V-8 juice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 to 6 green onions, chopped
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
    1 lb. cooked shrimp (baby or chopped)
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and boiling water; add V-8 juice.
    Refrigerate until this stars to set.
    Add all ingredients and pour into mold. Refrigerate.
    Unmold and serve on a bed of lettuce.
