Sunday-Dinner Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) beef roast
    2 large onions
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    2 c. water
    potatoes, washed and peeled
    carrots, cut in pieces and washed
Preparation
    Place roast in deep roasting pan.
    Cut up onions, potatoes and carrots.
    Place around roast.
    Pour soup and water over roast. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours or until tender.
    Soup makes a great gravy.
