Mexican Party Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. refried beans
6 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
3 Tbsp. picante sauce
1 bunch green onions
2 or 3 medium tomatoes
1 small can sliced black olives (about 2 oz.)
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

On a round pizza pan, spread in order given.
Mix sour cream, taco seasoning and picante sauce.
Spread over the avocados.
Chop green onions and tomatoes for the fourth layer.
Spread sliced olives on top and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Use any chips. Serves about 20.
