Herbed Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
    Blend with remaining ingredients and turn into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cut into squares to serve.
    Serves 6.
