Spicy Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 14 potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 green pepper
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 pt. cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins (must still be firm).
    Cool and grate. Place 1/2 in greased 9 x 13-inch pan with salt, pepper, onion and green pepper.
    Repeat.
    Add margarine and top with cream and cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
