Impossibly Easy Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 oz. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Butter a deep pie dish.
    Pour all ingredients into blender.
    Blend until well mixed.
    Pour into buttered pie dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serve cold.
