Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 tsp. onion
    garlic
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil
    potatoes
    in jackets, peel and grate.
    Mix margarine, soup, onion, garlic, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese with potatoes.
    Top with cornflakes in melted butter.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
