Crumb-Top Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine margarine, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
    To the remaining mixture, add the combined egg and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve warm or cooled.
