Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 egg
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water in large mixing bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in egg and next 5 ingredients.
    Add whole wheat flour.
    Beat at medium speed until smooth.
    Stir in enough all-purpose flour to make stiff dough.
    Turn onto floured board.
    Knead 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    Cover.
    Let rise in warm place until doubled.
    Punch down.
    Divide in half. Shape into 2 loaves.
    Place into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
