Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. celery, cut fine
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on pork chops and dredge with flour. Heat shortening in skillet and brown pork chops.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Cover with tomato soup.
    Cover and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Delicious served with baked potatoes.
