Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    chopped chives
    paprika
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Grease potatoes lightly; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove and cut in half long-ways and scoop out inside.
    Mash and add salt, butter, sour cream and chives; blend well.
    Re-fill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Bake for a few minutes more until lightly brown.
