Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. pretzels crushed
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick), melted
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. whipped topping
    1 large box strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, defrosted
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.\tMix pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
    Spread out in 8 x 12-inch glass casserole pan and
    bake 10\tminutes.
    Cool.
    Beat
    cream
    cheese and sugar. Beat
    in whipped
    topping.
    Gently spread over cooled pretzel crust\tand chill.
    Add boiling water to gelatin.
    Chill until it thickens. Stir in defrosted strawberries.
    Pour over cheese layer and chill until firm.
