Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 can (8 oz.) cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sour cream, oil, and corn; mix well.
    Stir in cornmeal just until combined.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch round pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Cool 10 minutes in a pan before removing to a wire rack.
    Yield: 6-8 servings.
