Fresh Mushroom And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. tarragon or wine vinegar
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    16 oz. spinach, torn
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic in a large salad bowl. Toss with mushrooms.
    Let stand 15 minutes. Toss spinach and oil until leaves glisten. Toss mushroom mixture with spinach.
