Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or breasts
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Doritos
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Place Doritos over chicken.
    Mix other ingredients in a bowl, then pour over chicken and Doritos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese becomes bubbly.
