Clam Or Quahaug Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onion
    celery
    10 oz. clams
    8 oz. stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil about 4 medium size potatoes (cubed) in water until half cooked.
    Fry 1 small onion and 3 stalks celery (chopped) in bacon fat until soft.
    Add to potatoes, plus 1 can clams and 1 can stewed tomatoes.
    Season.
    Bring to boil and serve.
