Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    crackers
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a square pan.
    Put thin layer of crackers on bottom.
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bone. Alternate layers of crackers and salmon.
    Dot with butter, salt and pepper.
    Add just enough milk until slightly soggy.
    Cook 1 hour until brown on top.
