L.S. Ayre'S Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (10-inch) baked pie shell
    4 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    5 egg yolks
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Place in pie shell.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Serve with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
