Pressure Cooker Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck roast
    3 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 can green beans (optional)
    3/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut chuck roast into 1-inch cubes.
    Place flour, salt and pepper in bag with meat and shake until coated.
    Add cooking oil to bottom of pressure cooker.
    Heat until hot.
    Place meat in hot oil and brown, stirring to brown all sides.
