Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. raisins
1 -20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients together on high speed.
Add carrots, pecans, raisins and pineapple.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
