Hot Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork or Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 cans Great Northern beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 to 4 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    1 large jar salsa
Preparation
    Combine sausage and beef in a Dutch oven; cook until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Add beans and remaining ingredients.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
