Crock-Pot Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. spareribs
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Salt and pepper ribs and broil to brown and remove excess fat. Put sliced onion in crock-pot.
    Place ribs on onion and pour barbecue sauce over them.
    Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
    Serve with corn on cob and tossed salad.
