Rich Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/3 c. basil, chopped
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, saute mushrooms in butter.
    Stir in basil and garlic.
    Cook on low heat until mushrooms are soft. Stir in sour cream and 1/2 of the grated cheese.
    Stir until blended smoothly.
