Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 large loaf bread or 1/2 loaf bread and 1/2 corn bread
    1 onion, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    3 c. chicken gravy (chicken stock thickened with 3 Tbsp. cornstarch)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine celery, seasonings, bread cubes and onion.
    Mix well.
    Stir in eggs.
    Layer dressing and chicken in buttered large casserole.
    Pour gravy over top.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
