Three Day Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
Preparation
    Day 1:
    Combine sugar and vinegar in saucepan, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a container and store in refrigerator overnight.
