Ingredients

enough cooked and deboned chicken for your family (use broth for rice)
1 pkg. Vigo yellow rice dinner

Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on package.
Break chicken in bite-size pieces and mix with rice.
Top chicken and rice with cooked small green peas for garnish on rice dish.
