Crock-Pot Roasted Beef Or Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 beef or venison roast (size to fit crock-pot)
1 (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
cooked rice or noodles
Preparation

Sear roast on all sides in hot skillet.
Place in crock-pot. Pour frozen mixed vegetables over meat.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
Stir well and pour over vegetables and meat.
Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
