Indiana Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 Tbsp. India sweet relish
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped fine or minced fresh onion
    1/4 c. chopped fine celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate and serve cold.
    This is delicious and great for summer cook-outs and picnics.
