Helen Jones' Mama'S Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. pork and beans
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. green pepper, chopped
    4 slices bacon
    2 c. ketchup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Fry bacon in large, heavy pot until crispy; set aside.
    Saute onions and pepper in bacon fat until soft.
    Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; add beans.
    Simmer until desired thickness.
