Southwestern Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can black beans or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. thick and chunky salsa
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Colby/Monterey Jack blend cheese
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix beans, salsa and cheese together.
Top with sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
