Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. minced onion or chives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 large cucumbers

Preparation

In large bowl, combine sour cream, minced onions or chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers; add and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
