Meat Balls In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
salt
pepper
chili powder
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. apple jelly
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix meat, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Add eggs.
Mix well. Form into small balls; flatten slightly.
Brown.
Return all meatballs to skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over meatballs.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, and watch to prevent burning.
